AutoMatch Solutions Inc. provides consultation services and tools to people selling their own vehicles privately.

The vehicle is yours, the listing is yours, and the sale is yours. AutoMatch provides guidance, tools and support to help you manage your own private sale.

AutoMatch is not a vehicle dealer and is not a party to your sale. We do not take possession of your vehicle, its title or the proceeds of your sale.

The features and services available to you are described on our website and in your account, and may change over time. Before you buy a service, we show you its price and any terms specific to it, including cancellation and refund conditions. If those service terms conflict with these terms, the service terms apply to that service.

You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorized to sell it, that the information you provide about it is accurate, and that you will make any disclosures required by the laws that apply to your sale.

You are responsible for your buyer, payment arrangements, documents, taxes, registration and transfer of ownership. AutoMatch may provide guidance on these subjects, but you remain responsible for verifying the requirements that apply where you live.

You control your asking price, negotiations, offers and the final decision to sell.

AutoMatch Solutions Inc. sends text messages to clients who have agreed to receive them. Messages are about your AutoMatch service and your vehicle sale: account and service notifications, alerts about buyer activity, requests for an action needed in your account, reminders, and replies to your support requests.

• Message frequency varies with the activity on your sale.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages after that. Text alerts associated with your service will also stop.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at info@automatchsolutions.com or 438-703-2886.
• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your listing may be published on third-party platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, and payments may be handled by third-party processors. Those services operate under their own terms and rules, which AutoMatch does not control. Where we recommend a third-party service, you deal directly with that provider under its own terms.

AutoMatch provides guidance, opinions, software and support. We do not guarantee that your vehicle will sell, how quickly it will sell, the price you will receive or the number of inquiries you will receive.

AutoMatch is not responsible for losses resulting from the selling price you accept, the buyer you choose, a buyer’s conduct, the payment method you accept, documents you sign, taxes, registration, liens, financing or the transfer of ownership.

To the extent permitted by law, AutoMatch’s total liability for claims arising from or relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid AutoMatch for that service.

The content of this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to AutoMatch Solutions Inc. or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
